Copying Device Testing Results

There are 3 ways to copy device testing results.

To Copy from one Carrier to Another Carrier

This process is mainly used by NA and EU to copy their results to another region.

  1. From the IOP Dashboard, select Devices.
  2. Select IOP Device Testing Results.
  3. At the bottom, change Display # to ALL.
  4. Filter the list by the carrier would like to copy FROM.
  5. If all the desired devices are recently tested, use the date range to further filter the list.
  6. Once you have selected the devices to copy by clicking the check boxes in front of each, click "Copy Results" at the top right.
  7. In the dropdown, select Copy by Carrier.
  8. Click Next Step.
  9. Select the carrier to copy TO in the dropdown.  Once the carrier is selected, if that new combination of device/module/carrier does not already exist in the database, the indicator light will turn green.  If any of them remain red, that device/module/carrier combination already exists.
  10. The newly created device/carrier/module combinations will appear on the "In Process" tab and can now be moved to "OK to Publish" if no further updates are necessary.
  11. Repeat this process for all regions to copy TO.
