Overriding IOP Test Results at the OEM's Request

This process is used when one of our OEM's does not agree with our testing results and would like different results published.  Our API first looks first to the overrides table and if nothing exists, it publishes our testing results.  Follow these instructions to add records to the overrides table.

1. From the Matrix Dashboard, Select Devices.
2. Select Devices.
3. Filter the list to obtain the device to override (filtering by carrier or module may be helpful).
4. Expand out the module in the Assignments column.
5. Click "IOP Override" located under the module name.
6. Click on the name of the OEM/Region to expand it
7. All carriers tested for that Device/Region will be listed.  The current test results are listed directly below the carrier name.  The first set of overrides will override all EXPANDED vehicles for that carrier.  That is the most likely usage of this tool. NOTE:  You MUST expand the desired vehicles out first before using the first set of overrides, even to override all.  Otherwise it won't override anything.  OR you can expand each vehicle out and modify them individually.  Only the front facing website features for this module will be shown. Perform this process for each carrier, as necessary.
   1. Unset - return to the IOP testing results
   2. Pass - override the current results to pass
   3. Fail - override the current results to fail
   4. Partial - override the current results to partial
   5. No Test - override the currrent results
8. Perform this process for each carrier, as necessary.
9. Click Save at the bottom when completed.  To cancel, click the blue X at the top right corner.
10. Perform this process for each module, as necessary.
